Please, tell us why they can't.

It's all your fault. Your negative karma affects the whole team. It's all about you always. I hope you are satisfied. Your karma brought down the entire franchise. All of the failures are your fault. Every single one of them. Damn your karma.Judas;2792784 said:Just saying that it's okay to be optimist, but at some point you have to try to get to the root of why we can't succeed.
Kudos to you for actually knowing how to properly use and spell per se.JerryAdvocate;2792787 said:I'm not an optimist per se, but I feel hella good since we got rid of TO
still in wait-and-see mode that I developed last year
Funny you noticed it too. Another pet peeve of mine is when people use "could of" instead of "could've." Drives me crazy everytime.Hostile;2792840 said:Kudos to you for actually knowing how to properly use and spell per se.
I am encouraged. You fuel my optimism.
Loose instead of lose is mine.JonJon;2792873 said:Funny you noticed it too. Another pet peeve of mine is when people use "could of" instead of "could've." Drives me crazy everytime.
How about Your instead of You're, drives me insane but I'll never ever correct anyone since I suck at grammar myself.Hostile;2792875 said:Loose instead of lose is mine.
How do you loose a game?
I just never see per se done right. It usually isn't even close.

I don't care about the mistakes as far as correcting people on the forum for the most part. If I wanted to be an English Teacher I could. Not what I want. I prefer to be a smart alec who can talk football when the time is right.JonJon;2792890 said:There are tons of them, but I usually keep quiet because I make mistakes as well and I never want to be the grammar guy. Another one that gets me is when someone says, "That guy did a complete 360 on me," but what they actually mean is a 180, as in turning the opposite direction.

You probably see the departures of TO, Henry, Pacman, Tank, Roy31 (or is that 38?) & Ellis as addition by subtraction.
You see cause for hope in Roy 11 and Miles Austin and think there's a good chance that MBIII, Felix & Choice, along with Witten & Bennett still leave plenty of weapons for Tony Romo.
And Romo btw is still one of the bright young QB's in the game today despite the December disappointments he's been a part of. Just gotta limit his # of throws a bit.
You're probably ok with this years draftees thinking that surely there'll be a couple of contributors amongst this years dirty dozen. And speaking of that moniker you're probably also thinking there might even be some good karma in that reminiscent of the fabled Class of 75.
You probably see the HC as one who primarily lets all his assistants do the heavy lifting anway and btw that Wade is one heck of a DC.
You probably think Jason Garrett will bounce back and the RJ tag will fit once more like a glove.
You probably think there is simply too much beef and talent on that O-line for them to not bounce back in 2009.
You probably think we "finally" have the right physical & mental pieces in place to build the playmaking secondary we've been forever awaiting.
You probably believe that 2009 was a lesson learned for returning players and that new leaders will emerge so that the strong character of players like Witten, Barber & Ware will be the standard rather than the apparent in-fighting of last year.
I know we're all hungry for some football but more than that ain't it great to have hope and see the glass as half-full instead of half-empty?
