I would have to go with Def Leppard.

When he lost his arm and had to change his style it really changed the bands sound a great deal.

Stuff prior to that really had a much harder edge.

No contest......Leppards high and dry and pyromania are leagues better then anything bonjovi ever did.

What's amazing is that he can do what he does with one less limb. I've heard scads of drums with four who don't sound nearly as good.

I'd go with Def Leppard too.
