Defense didnt adjust?

So Giants ran the same play tossing the blindside flat 4 times straight. The coach didn't adjust. Anyone tell me why??

The Giants weren't doing something impossibly sophisticated.

They basically kept saying: "Here's the matchup we like. Stop us."

And Dallas kept giving them enough of the same structure to exploit it.

This was Parker's first regular-season game as Dallas' defensive coordinator. No one said he would walk on water immediately.

Like if our players get beat that’s one thing but we ran schemes that put them at a disadvantage.

Parker us supposed to be some brainiac, but he either didn’t realize what was happening or didn’t know what to do.

It wasn't even a matchup. There was literally no one there. We never adjusted, that was the story of basically the entire night on defense. They kept running the ball, we kept our safeties back. The communication was terrible and the scheme was also just bad. Do I think they will improve? Of course. This is basically a brand new unit, scheme, and coach. But last night was bad. Really bad.

They looked uncoordinated, uninterested, unmotivated, unaware and uncomfortable.

Am I the only one that remembers that Christian Parker was the defensive coordinator for the Eagles that allowed the Cowboys to come back from 21 point last year? I can see why that happened now. The defense he decided to run right after Dak’s int is very concerning. It was like a prevent defense that didn’t prevent anything.
