Moore got exposed like every other OC in the league , the difference is that he doesn't adjust. He doesn't change his schemes, game planning, and play calling .

He needs experience, and frankly, learning on the job is not something a professional NFL team should encourage with its coordinators .

Seems like they caught on after the Patriots game and Moore didn't make a single change the rest of the season.

Same stuff we were dealing with under Garrett. Foolish of us to expect something different when we keep the same OC who learned everything from Garrett.

He’s not ready to be an OC. The fact that he couldn’t figure this out was blasphemous. Instead, he just decided to neglect the run game and never thought about looking into why it was getting stopped. This also falls on MM as the head coach.
