Let’s face it. The minute Sam got hurt. The idea of Parsons playing Lb rather than DE definitely died.

They have 2 proven players at DE right now. Lawrence and Parsons.

That is it.

I think Kneeland has a chance to be good but he is a rookie. Fehoko and Gholston are young players we really need at least one of them to step up.

Looking at that draft again….that draft is a running back away from looking real good.

We did have a good draft. I was excited on draft day and I’m looking forward to seeing what these guys can do. Guyton, Beebe, Kneeland, Liafua, and Carson all may make contributions this year.

I really think the difference between us making the playoffs and or not making the playoffs will come down to Guyton and Beebe. If these guys can’t protect Dak then we’re in trouble and if they can open up the running game for our RBs, that will take pressure off Dak. If these guys are busts then we only have one proven good player in Martin and an average player in Steele. That could make for a long season.
