Still the same old…almost got there…gang.
Except Gregory is making some plays, but he can’t do it on his own.

Once DLaw, and maybe if Hill and Gallimore and get pressure up the middle when they get back. Things will change in the sack category. That will be needed for the playoffs.
that is our only hope because this front office is not going to make any trades to add to this team. i do understand why because the price for doing so is not worth the future of this team.

Hilarious.

Did you see Mahomes in the Super Bowl last year without his starting tackles? What about Tom Brady yesterday?

As usual, you don't know what you are talking about

You don’t know what you are talking about, go do some research before talking. Brady lost due to turnovers that were self inflecting.

P.S. does Dallas ranks 28th in sacks?

As we are talking, the pregame show is talking about how pressure is affecting Mahomes.

They have other issues, but pressure is a big part of it.

All they gotta do is stop letting Basham & Golston bribe coaches for majority of the playing time. Every since they got back on the field the pressure & rotation went down for the defense.

They aren’t even getting consistent pressure, most of it comes when opposing offenses have to abandon the run because they can’t keep up with Dallas’s offense.

Don’t be fooled by false hope.

That’s literally how football works for every team in history. Force offenses into situations where they have to become one dimensional and you can ramp up the pressure lol.

No it doesn’t it only happens to few teams who have top notch offense, but when the offense can’t control the game the whole team gets exposed aka Kansas City Chiefs.

So this defense got exposed last night and became the chiefs is what you’re saying?

Sacks are so overrated in today's NFL.

Quarterbacks are coached on how to get rid of the ball before a sack. The results of a sack are the same as a runner being tackled behind the line of scrimmage, nothing more.

The D-line was responsible for an intentional grounding that put them back ten yards as well as loss of down.....the equal result of a sack. More of Cousin's incompletions were due to pressure than just poor throwing.

How many of those INT's are the result of pressure? I would say an INT is better than a sack.

Once again the stale pass rusher is a thorn on the side of this team with only Gregory producing a solo sack. Basham and Golston selfish plays and mistakes almost cost this team a win. Why is Quinn not rotating the DEs like he did early on in the season?

Cowboys ranks 28th in sacks and yet to produce even one against a winning team.

Sacks aren't the end all be all of stats, the Vikings were 1 for 13 on third down conversions, pressure does that, not sacks...Micah Parson had 4 TFL, that's an NFL record for a game for a rookie

I actually came into this thread expecting it to be about Anae one way or another.

I mean that's what he's getting at, that they need to play Anae more.

It's a stupid point but Dak Attack is too far down the rabbit hole at this point to stop.

Lol you are complaining about Basham's roughing the passer call like it was his fault? It was a horrible call he did nothing wrong.
