Deion Sanders deal from Colorado!

Jerry would pay him $54Million, he'd just have to work until he's 138 to earn it.

I see what you are saying but Jerry Jones was not going to sign a head coach with a personality bigger than his own. Even Bill Belichick's subdued persona would have overshadowed Jones'. That is why there was not any serious consideration for Belichick not ending up here before Mike McCarthy's swan song season began last year either.
Agree.

Some around here think Shoddy might just pull off a miracle because they haven’t yet seen visual proof of failure.

Not many coaches could win when not given a good enough roster.

No way we could afford him

Good for him. I’m happy for him. I’ve watched some of his videos on YouTube and he does a lot of teaching moments with the kids. Got to respect that. He’s trying to teach responsibility and respect.

I want to know how much less Jerry is paying Schotty to coach the freaking Dallas Cowboys.

This is great for Colorado. The amount of exposure and new money coming in is worth way more than that.
And that's one way to look at it. College football is business and this is the type of investment that pays dividends.....doesn't necessarily have to be on the field sucess but it generates that NIL cash

I love Prime…and I’m really happy for him. He deserves it. I don’t know how or why one wouldn’t want to play for that guy.

Ha….remember that “outrageous” 5/35 deal he signed here for, which caused cheapie Stevie to get in a spat with Daddy?

I really dont think they win in 95 without him….and oh thanks for also being WR1 for a month while Irvin got himself busted in 96.

Wonder what Little Enos’ take on that deal is these days. Probably still says wasn’t worth it.
Awesome post. And Deion did a excellent job as wide receiver in the interim.

The leverage that he received from all the Cowboys coaching rumors probably added another 5-8 million on the contract.
