As much as I like Deion as a person, he is not the best person for this coaching job. I just can not see 2 alpha personalities co-existing.

don't be believing the hype I don't believe that's on the table but Tony Romo I mean that list is so short there's a lot more candidates but when you add Tony Romo and primetime in there it's not really realistic the whole list is then flawed..

MY list and odds in order of most likely to least,

Zimmer 60-40
Kellen Moore- 50-50
Kliff kingberry-49-51
Slowic-40-60
Aaron Glenn-30-70
Ben Johnson- less than 1% lol
Jerry has owned the team since 1989 and he's never hired an African-American head coach, so I think we can count out Ben Johnson.

I think he’s set at Colorado. And I don’t think we have a shot at drafting Shedeur, so I don’t believe this.

Tony would be a great OC but I doubt he’ll do it.

If they were in position to draft his son - I could see it. Without that, there is no chance.
Doesn't matter. If we get deion, his son is coming too. They may have to give up a lot to get it done. And of course Sheduer will not play for any other team. Just like eli Manning and John Elway did

As if this place isn’t enough of a circus already lol. Imagine Deion and his massive ego being added to the equation. Good lord the media circus alone would be a toxic rollercoaster.

Please please let's bring Deion in.

We would have such an interesting few months until Jerry fired him or he quits.

All joking aside though, I think Deion would actually challenge the Jones's status quo and we would see real change (good or bad, who knows) for a season or two.
I wrote something similar in another thread. When the heat got turned up on Deion he would 100% cast blame where it lies, which is obviously waaaay over there and nowhere near him. I want Deion there just for the entertainment value.

Yea not happening. Cowboys aren’t trading that much capital for an already overrated QB in Shedeur when they literally just gave Dak $240M last year. He’s locked up through 2029 whether we like it or not. They will run it back with at least a couple more times, likely more.

It would be so entertaining.

Jerry would love the exposure until he realized that Deion's star shines a hell of a lot brighter than his.

Doesn't mean he wouldn't can we not bring race into this can we please not start this I don't care if that was your intent or not I believe he would hire any coach of any race if he deems them fit I mean he has to be a good fit it's hard to find a good fit but please don't say he wouldn't he's paid an awful lot of African American players but even that word is just not even right it's called black, black head coach, black players that is the new proper term just in case you've been out of touch...

Definitely don't need to be bringing that into the conversation, I gave you my list and I'm pretty sure Aaron Glenn might also be of black culture, I don't know I haven't seen a picture of him but I believe he is that's why he turned the job down in NE didn't like the way they handled Mayo..
