don't be believing the hype I don't believe that's on the table but Tony Romo I mean that list is so short there's a lot more candidates but when you add Tony Romo and primetime in there it's not really realistic the whole list is then flawed..

MY list and odds in order of most likely to least,

Zimmer 60-40
Kellen Moore- 50-50
Kliff kingberry-49-51
Slowic-40-60
Aaron Glenn-30-70
Ben Johnson- less than 1% lol
Interesting. Zimmer less than 1% over here.

Doesn't mean he wouldn't can we not bring race into this can we please not start this I don't care if that was your intent or not I believe he would hire any coach of any race if he deems them fit I mean he has to be a good fit it's hard to find a good fit but please don't say he wouldn't he's paid an awful lot of African American players but even that word is just not even right it's called black, black head coach, black players that is the new proper term just in case you've been out of touch...

Definitely don't need to be bringing that into the conversation, I gave you my list and I'm pretty sure Aaron Glenn might also be of black culture, I don't know I haven't seen a picture of him but I believe he is that's why he turned the job down in NE didn't like the way they handled Mayo..
I merely cited a fact. 30 years is a long time for an owner who crows about the importance of the Rooney Rule.

We really need Romo as the head coach. He could learn on the job like Garrett on how to be a yes man.

do it

this team have zero chance to win with dak + jerry + stephen all being the worst at their job any way
It would be a trainwreck. Of course, it will be anyways so Deion would just add an entertainment aspect to it that Kellen Moore or Rob Rivera could never dream of.

Can't say he's in my top 5 at this moment, but I'm not saying he isn't in the top 10 either. Could do alot worse I suppose. Technically a nepotism hire, but he did a helluva job turning around a really bad Colorado program, and had great success at Jackson St. Hall of famer, best to ever play his position. Rare ability to connect with his players and maintain his old school, hard nosed coaching style. Not a huge resume, but absolutely an up and comer in the coaching world. Elite ceiling, mediocre floor. Inevitable circus makes me hesitant.

Romo a better coach than deion? That's hilarious. Same guy who couldn't lead his own teammates can lead a locker room as a coach. Romo is Mr non confrontational. Stop it!

Deion is able to recruit talent in college. NFL coach better be sharp with the X’s and O’s along with being a leader of men.

Wont happen but dallas isn't doing anything with Jerry as gm and dak at qb. Might as well make it entertaining and have my favorite player as dallas hc! Lol
