You just compared a guy who'd played three games to the best cornerback in the NFL.

That doesn't deserve an insightful reply.

Delmas was always my top guy but that's because he was simply too good to be picked where we were selecting:(

Hard to gauge what Brewster becomes but if it means we have found even our 6th best OL in a year I'll gladly take that over anything else.

And Sean Smith was a heck of a player that only wanted to play CB.

Here he'd be the 4th CB.

Is he better than Ken Hamlin? Yup. Do you draft a guy who tells you he only wants to play CB then move him to safety? Tough call.

Sean Smith would be starting on this team. He's shut down Roddy White,Reggie Wayne and Vincent Jackson. We could really use a cover cover.

I'll admit. I thought he would be a FS. I didn't know he was going to ball as a corner in the NFL.

Obviously you. Since you took time out of your day to respond.

Thanks for doing so.
Flawless logic. Can always count on you for that.

Nope..no one throws to his side so he doesn't get stats. He's getting what Nnamdi got his first few years in the league. No love.

The Falcons threw at Smith constantly, all game long.

Not getting Sean Smith is going to haunt us forever.

But hey we got Robert Brewster!!

Im more upset that we drafted Brewster instead of Roy Miller.

IMO, we should have been able to move down in the 2nd, add a 3rd...then draft CB Sean Smith, LB Jason Williams, and FS Rashad Johnson. I would have been ecstatic with these 3 picks.

Of course, I am the one who wanted Cason over Jenkins....but we passed on my favorite CB and instead drafted my 2nd favorite CB of that draft.

You began this by saying, after THREE games in the NFL that Sean Smith IS going to be the next Nnamdi... as if you already know this.

Not a lot anyone can say, Nostradamus.

Adam Shefter reporting that Louis Delmas won the September Rookie Defensive player of the month. No surprise there. He'll be getting DROY of course.(Good job Jerry)

...aaannnddd....we have Ken Hamlin....

Also Mark Sanchise won Offensive Rookie of the month

No surprise there either.

I can understand why you'd be upset about passing on Smith, since we did, by trading down...

But how did Jerry screw up on Delmas? He was long gone when it came our turn to pick.

It's simple.

Jerry screwing up = Not doing what Slate says

Umm long gone? He was 20 spots away in the 2nd round. We could have easily moved up with 11 draft picks.

Do you think we really needed 11 players? Do you really think we needed Hodge,Brewster,Deangelo Smith(not even on roster) and Mike Hamlin?

Ya me either..

It was a huge fail and now we're stuck with that piece of **** Ken Hamlin.

Dude, you make more crap up than anyone I've ever seen.

And this is the absolute gayest I have ever seen anyone act over a player. Its actually kinda disturbing. I bet you have a blow up plastic doll of the guy.

Gay? Because I want the Dallas Cowboys to improve their team? I know your from Georgia and a huge hick but being a fan of a player doesn't make you "gay"

I love the loopholes around here..if you say your acting like something then it's okay. But if you just say they ARE then you get an infraction or banned.

Dbair is acting like a dumb hick that insults people other than having actual facts.
