Vivian Campbell and his work with Dio. Notably: last in line solo, holy diver and rainbow in the dark. Very unique sound.

Angus young, scorpions Matthias jabs... Don't know how good he was but I liked his sound

Campbell was good and somewhat unique at the time. But Matthias Jabs? He wasn't close to being the best guitarist in the Scorpions. Uli Jon Roth and Michael Schenker were much much better....
If you like Rhoads and the neoclassical stuff you should love Uli Jon Roth.
