Demarcus Lawerence on leaving Cowboys: I know for sure I'm never going to win a SB there

Classless , disrespectful of the team and fans . This is indicative of the type of broken culture of many players on this team and other teams. Jerry and co have kept underperforming players like this one and gave them generational wealth , for nothing.
Dak and Dez have shown the same symptoms by squeezing the team for every penny while not performing on the field . Compare Dak to Buffalo’s QB Allen , who instructed his team not to hurt the team cap and took less money.
Front office has to be blamed for coddling such players.
How is it disrespectful towards the fans? It's the OPPOSITE of disrespectful. He's saying EXACY what all the "fans" should be saying instead of just eating the same **** sandwich Jerry serves up every year.

I think this is pretty petty tbh. While I don’t disagree with what he said, he was taken care of pretty good in Dallas, by all reports wanted to stay, had chances before to leave and didn’t.

And now you get somewhere else and bash former team after a decade? Lame

Not a class way to leave a franchise, in any sport. Unnecessary comment. Unprofessional.
Absolutely NOT! It's the freaking truth and I'm so sick and tired of that being the Elephant in the room that nobody wants to mention. The fans deserve to hear it too. Some of these freaking fans actually think they have a chance and you can't tell them otherwise. It's just sickening!!

Good lord, jokers like Tank Lawrence that has been a complete disappointment for 10 years and has made almost a 100 million dollars playing for the Cowboys, makes me want this 2025 Cowboys team to beat the hell out of everyone. Jerry is a genius. The local and national media is crapping on the Cowboys. So it’s lighting a fuel to the fanbase.

Ultimate team sport is football. If a few key cogs of the wheel are not ready, the entire works is messed up. DeMarcus sounds entitled, as if he had nuthin to do with the end results. It's a bad look when your out the door. Is that what dignifies and shows character or lack of? It's rhetorical.

Preach it.

Why be mad at him? If we had any real dogs on the team this clip would be on the bulletin board weekly, you think anyone is actually motivated to prove D-Law wrong? At most Micah’s sassy behind gonna tweet about it
Osa, Diggs and Gholston have already called out Lawrence on this.

Little insight from Bobby Belt. You can fast forward to 2:15.

Most of the time Bobby comes off as a twit, a weasel, a smug know it all that wants to show you his prowess,of which is highly questionable. But in this topic, I believe him. He has no reason to embellish. He's reporting the truth in my opinion. It's pretty brave of him to do considering the backlash he could get. Ty for posting this video.

Yeah it’s true but it shows that this dude isn’t very smart by saying it. He’s cooked and will be crawling back to the Jones boys pretty soon given that his only relevancy happened in Dallas. Jerry is either afraid to let these guys go succeed elsewhere so he overpays them for years or he’s too loyal to “his” guys to a fault so he overpays them for that reason. Either way, you would think this kind of stuff would motivate the Jones boys but clearly it doesn’t. Every guy that leaves seemingly has comments about Dallas not being a serious organization and to me as an owner that would be just about the worst thing someone could say about you if you were a competitive person.

They did not give him anything he could not have made elsewhere.
They drafted him didn't they? I'm not saying nobody else would have drafted him in the first or second round but then again, maybe nobody else would have... we will never know... Entitlement only gets one so far...I am no Jones boys apologist. You can read my posts and replies to see that... I got plenty to say about them but this post is about Tank's comments... It was very unprofessional to say what he said considering he was given the chance that not everybody gets...

This is how culture goes bad. Micah to me, is immature not yet a leader. Secondly, DeMarcus isn't a leader either. Not the tone you wanna see from a guy. The team appears void of the right guys looking back over the last bunch of years. Explains alot. Wrong HC too. But fast forward to now. I'm liking the effort to reshape the team and lockerroom. The signings of Thomas, Sanborn, and Murray, all to a man, are wonderful leaders on and off the field. I think now we see the plan. Maybe they won't start but the foundation of the team will have the right guys, from the bottom up. I love the effort by the HC and McClay so far. I think this team will be angry and play violent this year with something to prove to the so called fans and TV experts. Better believe they see what's being said about them. Maybe this is a positive.

But they too, took the money. They were part of the problem. There is no I in team. Win as a team , lose as a team. Losers talk like DLaw. I'm sure he's correct, but that's irrelevant.

He isn't always my cup of tea, but I feel like he has a good vibe (and connections) for things going on across the league, especially draft related views.
