Demarcus Lawrence appreciation

Wow what a game he played tonight. This is the player we all were hoping he would develop into

Demarcus played extremely well.

Hopefully he can end the season on a positive note.

Didn't Charles Haley work with DLaw? And I think Hardy has probably been working with him, too. The boy has certainly grown and learned. He seems to be a very good student. And that has come through in his play, especially tonight. Hopefully he will become a very good or great player. I was really proud of him tonight. :)

This guy really balled out from the beginning of the game. I really liked what I saw from him tonight.

I attribute DLaw's play to some tough love from Hardy. I really think Hardy has been working him over (in a positive way).

The entire dline played pretty inspiring defense. Linebackers where awesome and the secondary was alright.

Overall great defensive performance and yes i think the cowboys read the zone, and some may even have fake accounts.

So if your reading this Dlaw i never said anything bad about you. Wilcox yes, but not you.

He has, what, five sacks now? If he can be an eight sack per year guy, he is exactly what you want on the left side.

The jump sacks I love. Reminded me of the guy during the Detroit game. Welcome back

First time in the 7 years I've been on this board I can remember a displeasure thread and an appreciation thread about the same player in the span of one day. One minute fans want DLaw losing reps and benched and the next minute he's being hailed a hero. lol

I think this is a case of......less is more. Thought all season...he was being asked to take on the run too much....which wore down his pass rush. He looked alot fresher coming off the long weekend. The one thing people need to know about Lawerence...he is streaky as a player. And I'm telling you right now....he still can take his game to another level we haven't seen in Dallas yet. He can take over a game....be a complete disrupter.

Shame on me for giving up on him already, that was the best game of his career.

Lawrence finally came out of his doldrums for this game -- here's hoping it's a sign of finally breaking out of his shell and finding himself, once and for all. I've gotta say, it's encouraging to say the least.

Maybe Marinelli simply gave him the green light to just pin his ears back and go for the QB. Whatever it was that gave him the impetus to come out of his shell and shine as he did, I'm really liking what I see.

He had a great game, although the stunting really helps all of our players when the tackle takes out two Olinemen. We did this a lot at the beginning of the game.
