I remember when diggs went out last year we had an all time fun season bc this guy bland stepped up.

Those guys will be missed but it wasn’t liek they were getting it done anyways.

I think they’ll figure it out
Yeah it's rarely as bad as it seems. Kind of amazes me how guys step up. Our CB from the practice squad came in and took over for Booth. I thought he was gonna be toast.

That said, this is really rough news and in a position we were already thin after free agency.

Yea but the season doesn’t always have to be about wins and losses. I’m excited to watch some new guys try to make a name.

We wrote mazi off but how fun would it be to watch him jsut unlock it and become an absolute wrecker.

Man I am actually pretty stoked Mazi played so well. They mentioned on one of the podcast how the light seemed to flip on in the second half of the Ravens game and he carried it through NY. Imagine if he plays well vs Pitts.

Seriously, who cares!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dude should have retired last season because he is truly worthless to the D-Line, WORTHLESS! He actually looked relieved on the sideline after he hurt his foot or whatever was ailing him and with both Parsons and D-Law sidelined the D-Linemen started to put more pressure on Jones,

DLaw reminding me of Tyron these days.
Great warriors getting old.
According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Mazi Smith was the highest-graded defender. He consistently reset the line of scrimmage, kept the opposing offensive line off the Dallas linebackers, and even shed blocks to get stops. His play improved in the fourth quarter of the last game, but tonight was a coming-out party. Smith looked like a first-round impact defensive tackle against the Giants.

DeMarvion Overshown was hurt all 2023 but looked like a potential star. He tied for the lead with six solo tackles, but the most impressive thing about his game was how he tackled the Giants two top playmakers in the open field. He tackled Nabers to stop a third-down conversion, and he saved a touchdown by getting to Robinson at the three-yard line to hold New York to a field goal.

Hunter Luepke needs mentioning too. The 2023 undrafted free agent (UDFA) made a few key plays on both touchdown drives. He picked up a third-down conversion with a pass reception on the first touchdown drive and escaped Kayvon Thibodeaux on fourth and one to get a first down.

Some interesting young play popping up.

Remember, Jerry can’t afford to bring in replacements. Pressure to do what?

Once Parsons and D-Law were out of the game, the D-Line forced Jones to get rid of the ball before he wanted to. Which was a heck of a lot better than when they started the game with a healthy line. Got to give Mazi some credit too because he actually got his name called out for a couple of nice tackles. Let's hope he's starting to come around for a 1st rd pick..................

Both Mazi and Overshown had pretty decent games, got to tip my hat to them, which is more than can be said about D-Law. At 32 yrs old it's very apparent that he should have retired after last season because he's getting abused and used this year. This is where a good GM comes into play, a GM who makes the tough choices about an aging player's ability to contribute. This has to be D-Law's last yr with the BOYS.
