Did he play yesterday? Irving showed up as did Collins, but I don't recall hearing Lawrence's name called at all.I didn't see any pass rush at all. Even though our coverage was stout, we just didn't get there.

If you're coach for a day, how would you fix the pass rush? Our current pass rush won't carry us very far in the playoffs.

The goal line QB draw where Rodgers fumbled was a TFL. If it was not a designed run play it would have been a fumble.

Keep in mind the Packers have a really good OL.

Second game back is always harder then the first. He will be fine.
I'm definitely not complaining. I was so caught up in the game that I honestly didn't look for anyone specifically.

When we win decidedly, I'm all in.

But I love it when the opposing QB doesn't have any time.

Don't forget McClain.

I don't know about Lawrence...but i don't think I've ever seen so many DL get mauled to the ground trying to rush the passer. GB's tackles were owning our DEs.

More stunts and shifts to get at the QB. Straight rush is not doing it against the better OL's we face. We also telegraph what our intention will be for each play. So, we are not that great at rushing so lets try trickery and quickness.

At times I wondered, "so this is what it feels like as an opposing fan watching Romo(2014) have all day to throw" when Rodgers had a lot of time to check the field.

Pass rush was inconsistent, but they did get to him a couple of times.

Didn't notice D-Law either.

GB was playing a lot of 6-7 man protection against only 4 rushers. We really didn't blitz at all because of our lack of depth in our secondary. If Scanrdrick were healthy, Claiborne didn't get knocked out by Lee, Church was out a possession or two. It's amazing we didn't give up a lot more.

He was what you'd expect from an average pass rusher in only his second game back.

He was out there, hustling, and average.

How many snaps did he have? Overall Dline stepped up and the defense as a whole made big plays. I still wouldn't mind having another pass rusher added. Hoping Gregory can see the opportunity we have to do something special this season and give us a hand.

Without pulling off a trade I don't think there is much that can be done to produce a great pass rush. Guys are giving effort but we just do not have the people up front to bring a consistent pass rush. Even with the blitz we are not very effective. Not trying to get down on the defense because as a unit I think they are playing good ball but when it comes to the pass rush we are still lacking.

He is the reason we won the game yesterday completely changed the defense..the whole d-line was playing with much more intensity because of him.

One of the key parts in the game plan. Was to keep AR in the pocket. They did not want to let him get to the outside and scramble or run, or find the open WR. He kills us as well as others by doing that.
So they did a great job of containing him. I think they was willing to not get the sacks if they could keep him in the pocket and get pressure.

Yes we still need a pass rush as to get those sacks. But yesterday they did their job. I am not complaining a bit. Go into GB, hold AR to 3 FG's and a 4th quarter TD, create 4 turnovers....I think every team would take that.
Oh, and Irving did get a sack. The strip fumble at the goal line was a sack.

Irving had 3 forced fumbles, a tipped passed, and a sack and a fumble recovery....defensive players of the week?
He was on the post game TV show with Brad Sham and Babe Laufenberg. He said the coaches will still make him get better....I really like his potential.
And he has a 7 foot wingspan for those that did not know.
