Having surgery will put 7lbs on you as you can't workout.

I cannot wait to see Ware and Spenc rush the passer every down.

On the majority of us it would, however when you carry a low body fat percentage and work out daily, you are more likely to lose weight than to gain.

Ware is going to have a monster sack year... I'm thinking 17 to 18 sacks in 2013.

No offense to Ware, but I'm not buying it till I see it. We have seen him with his hand on the ground at times throughout his career on obvious passing downs and 4-man fronts. Maybe someone has stats, but I don't recall any noticeable greater effectiveness.

Ware is the last person I worry about, although I'm really curious to see if he is more or less effective with his hand in the dirt. I don't think it's a given that he'll produce drastically improved numbers since his numbers are already pretty stellar.

Curious to see how Spencer handles what the typically a role played by heavier DE's. I know that Spence played closer to 270 than 260 at Perdue and shed a few pounds to show well at the combine.

I wonder if he'll show up closer to 270 or the more slimmed down 250 he was at last year, which led to his best season as a pro.

Though some of Kiffins best cover 2 DE producers were about 250lbs, Spencer will need every ounce of that 270lbs playing RE on the strong side in 2013, especially facing the NFC East twice.
