Now I'm in favor of re-signing him. Retire a Cowboy and wait for your name to be added to the Hall and the Ring. Wish he could have only worn the Star though.

It's basically just for show. Colombo was the last one that I remember, but it's usually just a gesture for great or iconic players.

I expect Ware to sign a one day contract and retire as a Cowboy, would be extremely
disappointed if he didn't. Also, I would expect his Ring of Honor induction to take place next season or the following.
