DeMarcus Ware the face of the Cowboys Defense? (With Portrait Art)

Dude Ware is such a great guy that I guarantee you if you send it or show it to him you could get him to sign it too. That'd be tight

This isn't kindergarten; get over yourself. The only person being rude here is you.

You right. I am being rude to you and this isn't kindergarten. My opinion was that you could have kept it yourself.

Sorry OP for turnin this thread into this, some people just dont know how to act. Your work is greatly appreciated around here by many.

I realize that I will probably be labeled as a jerk for saying this but his teeth and upper lip just look all wrong. Rest looks great but it looks way off to me and not in a good way.

Yep, my thoughts exactly. Nice work though..

Looks good, but his mouth and teeth need a little work. Maybe try toning down the brightness of his teeth.

I love me some DWare.

Hopefully by the time I get to the Bob Hayes/Bob Lilly "I love the 60's" edition of Cowboys of the Decade I'll be working up to the standards of even the toughest critic.

What's that you say? What about Dandy Dan and Mel Renfro? Well, that's why I need you guys to help me pick the face of the decade for offense and defense all the way back to the beginning. Don't let me cop out and just do a co-mvp's like the triplets for offense and the entire doomsday D.

Right now Witten is ahead of Romo...will anyone throw in a sympathy vote for big Flo? Say what you will, we'd be up the creek without him, wouldn't we?

What does my ability to paint have to do with anything? Its what I think so I
said something. Blowing smoke up peoples backside doesn't help anyone.
I got your back bro :laugh2:

I would think an artist would be able to take a little bit of criticism. We all know the work is sweet.

I did a bit of cosmetic surgery to tone down the gnarly, snarly, smile (by popular demand) ;). What's a few hours between friends, eh?

That's quite some dedication CowboyMcCoy. You'd really be willing to trade in your cutback ability for Art?

The first one was an awesome piece of art, but taking that little bit of contructive criticism and making it a positive makes a huge difference. This updated version is amazing, and I agree with the others in this thread that you need to find a way to get Demarcus to see this, I know he would love it.

Send it to D-Ware. He'll probably sign it and send it back to you.
Nice work!

I agree with the mass about the first but the second looks much better. You did a wonderful job! I delve in art a little myself, I just don't have the time for it anymore.

Question: what is the hidden word in the upper blue portion of Ware's sleeve?

As someone with a BFA amongst my degrees, I am no stranger to displaying my work for constructive criticism. Considering he mentioned doing more work in the future, I think it is very relevant what his target audience feels. Or we can act like he has a booger on his face and let someone else tell him about it after he has walked around all day. I guess it's your call. Again, nice work artofvela.
Dude. U haz a degree? I din't no thay still gave dem out! I once hazd a 32 degrees, but den it was snowing. Owell.
