Gotta love Ware!

“Power is nothing without a rock-solid core. Pilates is the key to activating it,” he said in an interview with Maxim. “Guys, don’t be fooled just ‘cause women do it. It’s no joke. Try it and you’ll find out real quick.“

New to this forum, wanted to say whatup and look forward to more posts! Biggest Ware fan right here. LETS GO BOYSSSS!!!!

I do pilates also, every other day.

One day, treadmill, weights, the next day pilates, rinse and repeat. It's a great excersize for your core body. Ware is right....

;)

as someone who does pilates(it's my favorite form of exercise), i can say that it's great. i'm glad d-ware is doing it. :D

He should watch tapes of Charles Haley and Bruce Smith. If he can add the dimensions they brought to the game he'd probably go down and the best ever.

If he keeps playing the way he has the last few years he's definitely got a chance to go down as the best ever at his position. Ware is already a top 10 linebacker of alltime IMO and he's only like 29.

You are right but he's getting alot of garbage time sacks. Haley and Smith stepped up in key times during games, 3rd downs specifically. It's not a knock on Ware, just something I think would take him to the next level.

Ware does that as well, clutch sacks. Maybe not as much this past season, but throughout his career he has come up with some big sacks in the 4th quarters of tight games.

You must be watching Danny Ware.

Ware is overrated and we should trade him. We can easily replace what he does with a draft pick.

Its true, I read it from CZ experts.

I think the entire Cowboys team would do well to incorporate Pilates and Yoga.

When I watch the Cowboys, I see a team that looks far less flexible than the rest of the league.

I hope that Ware suggests this to strength coach Joe Juraszek.

No. He just doesn't get it done on the clutch.

You know like with less than a minute to go up by one score and your whole season on the line. You'd just like to see him beat his man, sack the QB from behind and strip the ball to seal the game.

You know, stuff like that.

Yeah, stuff that other defensive players all make routinely

I remember late in the season when one of the announcers was like "This is a huge drive for the offense. This is where you want Ware to step up and make a play. And in comes Ware for the sack.

But yeah, he only gets his sacks when they don't matter.

Never mind the fact that every sack matters, period, because it's a negative play that probably killed whatever drive it happened on.

People think when you get a sack when you're up by 14 in the 2nd quarter it's meaningless, but really it means that guy just killed a drive that might've resulted in a TD to cut your lead. The only people who think the only sacks that matter are on the other team's final drive of the game where they could be coming down the field to win are idiots, plain and simple.

Funny. Noone said he was weak, not clutch just that he can improve in some areas. I'm sure he'd tell you the same thing.

He really doesn't have anything to improve on. He's the perfect player.

Overrated? D-Ware has played 6 seasons in the NFL and has 80 sacks,,that is a pretty crazy number if you ask me, and seeing other teams always double covering him leaving spencer open for the sack or loss of yards on a run play is a good thing. I can say spencer missed about 4 chances at a sack though. But in closing D-Ware is rarely ever run towards and is always double covered so all in all he is doing his job very well.
