I do Pie, Lattes, almost every day....neither is helping my core.

You mean like the NO game last year or the Arizona game this year - just off the top of my head!

Ware would eat Matthews for breakfast, lunch AND dinner.
 
Yogas pretty good too my gf introduced me to it and holding those poses will train up ur balance, core strength and flexibility pretty fast.
