I'm very happy and we're very fortunate to have the BEST pass rusher on our team, but the Draft is mostly luck early on. You never truly know how a guy is going to turn out, all you can do is do your homework, and pray that he can bring it to the pros.

But character wise, you can pretty much determine that a head of time.

Demarcus is awesome. A few years ago I took my then 5 year old son to the NFL experience in Detroit. My son played a game of table football with him for about five minutes. Now every time we watch the Boys I point out # 94 to him. His only response is "that guy was really big!" Demarcus signed a Superbowl football and foam finger for him. He said he wasn't allowed to sign the football but did it anyway. Great guy on and off the field. Thank you D-Ware.

Ware is one of the best defensive players this franchise has ever drafted and that says a lot considering how many greats have played defense for the Cowboys. Ware to me looks like the complete package, he can get after the QB he plays the run very well and does a good job when he drops into the underneath coverage. I look forward to seeing him play in a Cowboys uniform for many years to come
