We’ll see how he does with all the practices he’s missed. Just hope he’s not one of those players that always comes up with an injury.
Yeah are YouTube reporters think he is the best thing going at middle linebacker. Just hope he is half as good as our fans think he is.

He’s looked real good when he’s on the field. But if he keeps suffering injuries, it could derail his career. I’m just hoping he’s not one of those guys where it’s a few plays or one game and he’s hobbling off the field again.

I think he's too small, honestly. I worry about him being able to hold up across a full season.

I read where he gained 15 pounds from last year. He has a lot of potential, hopefully he can avoid season ending injuries and nagging injuries. Availability is important.

Great article on Overshown. Can't wait to see him with a few games under his belt.

DeMarvion Overshown full go for Cowboys opener vs. Browns: 'I'm ready to strap 'em up'

FRISCO, TX — When the Dallas Cowboys step foot into Cleveland Browns Stadium on Sept. 8, it will mark the single biggest moment in the football life of DeMarvion Overshown. The East Texas native that grew up idolizing America’s Team will, for the first time ever, take the field for an NFL regular season game with the Star on his helmet.

It's all made that much more poignant by the events of 2023, when the former Longhorn went from flying high after getting the nod as the team's third-round pick in April to suffering the worst injury of his life by way of a torn ACL in August that forced him into a redshirt season.

"I feel great," said Overshown through his trademark ear-to-ear smile. "Just making it to the season healthy is a plus, so we're already doing better than last year."

Let us hope he is ready.
Without Overshown and Micah at LB ... well, a sorry sight at the position.

I'm sensing a theme.
So far it’s been a theme with him. He suffered the hip injury right about the time he suffered the ACL last training camp. I just hope he doesn’t end up another Sean Lee. Ability wise would be great but injury wise, please no.

I'm trying not to overreact, ..but I'm already concerned early on about Overshown's durability. ..

Depth options are gonna be a must i think.
