For a fan of Williams at 12 a 4.76 40 at a pro day is a rough look. I’m actually he’s more likely a 4.8 guy which doesn’t really meet the threshold IMO.

I would expect Jeanty to run faster too. Problem is, Sampson is known as a speedster. 4.4 at a pro day is a 4.5 in reality. It's not a bad number, but worse than expected is all.
