Demeco Ryan?

it was a remark to the snark that made no sense. i think lee does just fine and if that's where he fits and works for the year, let him be.

Your "remark to snark" made even less sense.

We have a Pro Bowl MLB already on the roster..

his name is Lee.

Stop all the crying and move him back.

Then get another outside like Durant and pray like heck Smith gets well.

Actually, I think that if you move Lee to MLB, you will end up with a Pro Bowl LB on the DL. I would not do that. He's too important to this defense, especially now that McClain is out.

With a weak DL that won't be able to keep people off of him, it would be asinine to move him back inside. He will need to be free to run and chase, not wade through the trash and take more physical punishment.

Unfortunately, I agree Al. Lee is so important to us Defensively, I just don't see how it would be a good idea to play him in a position where he is likely to end up on the DL. He is smart enough to play MLB and he is technically good enough to play there but physically, he aint a thumper. It is what it is.

Ernie Sims!!!! Ok Jk

I was at Soldier Field for the Monday night game in December 2013. Ernie was warming up in the endzone right in front of me. I yelled at him, "Big game Ernie! We need you tonight!" We were so thin on defense. He just looked at me with a blank stare. My brother looked at me and said we were ****ed.

Hitchens is better than Ryans

And that is not really the point.

The question becomes is Hitchens more useful as an everydown LOLB who also play in the nickel or as a player that plays all three downs.

I am not comfortable thinking Hitchens is a three down MLB type. I would much rather have him outside if I had other options inside.

It is not a coincidence he finished the whole year being shielded from traffic on the weakside.

But hey, just quit crying and put him back there again to get injured, right?

I don't believe that necessarily.

He still got dinged at outside LBer last year..

concussion I recall.

But he knows the position and you figure out who replaces him whatever happens.

At least you are not starting over with an unknown in the middle.

I move him and don't worry about what injuries he gets. They either happen or they don't.

nah - keep him where he's not helping so he doesn't. BRILLIANT!

How is he not helping playing WLB? Played a full season and made a successful transition, including a Pro Bowl.

But put him where he has shown an inability to make it through a 16 game season. BRILLIANT!

Lmao that's funny bet you will always remember that lol, he did have a mugging look on him already lol.

Eagles play a 3-4. He wasn't a good fit he is a 4-3 lb. I honestly would be interested in him

I like the school of thought, but without a DL in front of him that's reliable I'll pass at this time. But reserve the right to change my mind.
