Simple question. Why are some people mad at Dennis Houston? I'm seeing a lot of shade go his way when you have veterans ahead of him who didn't do much of anything. CeeDee had 2 catches on 11 targets. Simi dropped a big play. Tolbert can't even get active. I mean, Houston did beat Pro Bowler Carlton Davis for a reception, and whatever happened to letting a guy develop?

I don’t think anybody hates Dennis Houston.

I think a lot of people hate our FO for putting the team in a position where Dennis Houston is even seeing snaps in a regular season game at this point in his development. He should be a practice squad guy. Not a damn starter.

I blame CD and the staff for not playing pre season games

Ok, that sounds reasonable. He should be allowed time to develop like Tolbert is getting, but 2 veteran WRs are out so somebody has to play.

Simi really didn't drop it. If you look at that play, it was a defensive play.

Houston is Dak's buddy, during the offseason, which is the only reason he's even on the team.

Dak needs to learn how to utilize WRs who have talent, not the ones he's familiar with.

But Dak loves him. They have chemistry ya know.

C'mon now the ball hit his hands.

So you saying Houston has no talent?

The problem isn't Houston. Good for the kid for making the team. The problem is...how on earth is this a playoff team with him starting? Its a joke. It sucks he's getting unfair criticism because quite frankly he did nothing wrong.

I hope Tolbert is active next week, just to see where he's at. Maybe we can figure out who needs to be playing.

He's a bum who only was active because he's apparently been holding hands with the QB and this terrible front office lets the QB run the team for the most part. Tolbert should have been on the field.

The WR core is a mess. Right now, we have CD and the rest are at best 5th WRs. Good for Houston taking advantage of what is right now the worst position group on the field.

I am definitely displeased with Lamb. Houston deserves an opportunity to pizz me off.
