Denver forum talking a lot of trash

Just because "fans" around the league don't have respect for the broncos does not mean that they are not a good team. I think that you and other fans will be surprised by this 2009 Broncos team.

The Broncos should finish second in their division but may challenge for a division title based on what I have seen from SD. It is the worst division in football (no offense intended). The top three teams in our division should steam roll the AFC west, but that is why we play the games.

A lot of you guys are underestimating them.

Yeah they shouldn't have beat Cincy, but they did.

Regardless of the outcome of that game, they were neck and neck with a GOOD Cincy ballclub on the ROAD.

They took care of business against two horrible teams in CLE and OAK.

They didn't just beat both of them, they dominated.

I don't know what resume you guys are looking at, but theirs is pretty impressive.

I actually picked Denver to win their division with 9 or 10 wins. But this is a product of the fact that they are in the weakest division in football. Everyone is so high on San Diego because they finished strong last year, but they are ridiculously overrated. They are nothing more than a .500 team. And KC and Oak are arguably 2 of the 3 worst teams in the league.

Denver will win the AFC West by default, but if you dropped them into the NFC East, they would finish 4th.

We don't respect the Broncos because we've seen you play and for whom you've played against.

Orton's biggest highlight is a tipped pass thrown into triple coverage. Can't see why we aren't throwing rose petals at your feet. :lmao2: Take away one luck pass play, and his yards per attempt takes a full yard hit. The kid was bad in Chicago, and the whole world knew it. Chicago was a 7-9 team carried by Matt Forte with a pair of gift W's courtesy of Matt Millen.

Bottomline, Denver is a product of luck and scheduling. You'll do next to nothing in the next 5 games. The sooner you realize that, the less depressing the rest of the season will be for you. San Diego, once healthy, is going to knock you out of the lead position in the division and only the mediots will be surprised.

Sorry, but them's the breaks.

Chicago was 9-7 last year. I am happy with how we have played this year and we have looked impressive the last two games. Im guessing that you predicted the falcons and dolphins in the playoffs last year and had the Cardinals in the Super Bowl. You sure are confident in letting the world know how the season will play out. There is only one thing for sure in the NFL and that is your record. Ours happens to be 3-0 which is fine by me.

You know what cracks me up is how short these Broncos fans attention span is. Wasn't it just last season that they started 3-0 and then finished 8-8 and out of the playoffs? They even beat 2 decent teams to start that well and then promptly lost to Kansas City. On top of this they actually scored 114 points in those 3 games last year. This year they are at 62 points. That's only 52 points behind last year's pace.

Yeah, they're all that and a bag of chips up there in the thin air. We should be scared half to death.

Denver is extremely lucky to be undefeated at this point. If our team and Romo plays at our best, it will be an easy win for us...

The problem is this team rarely plays its best for 4 quarters.

But yet you still forget to mention that the Broncos D has only giving up 16 points to start the season in 3 games. if your going to tell the facts tell them all. I am already starting to hate cowboy fans.

They would just as soon forget last year happened unless it is to give their win over Cinci more validity, since they went on to beat the defending Superbowl champs. (The same champs that are 1-2 with their one win coming in overtime against the 0-3 Titans).

They don't care that the teams they beat this year went 13-34-1 last year, while the teams we beat and the Giants (who beat us with a last second fieldgoal) went 33-15. Nevermind that Oakland and Cleveland are perennial bottom dwellers while the teams we faced have a much better track record over the last handfull of years; what matters is that the Broncos are a dominating 3-0 while the Cowboys barely scraped out 2-1.

Im sorry its hard for me to buy into the Broncos have a great defense when they've only played 3 games, 2 of which were the Browns and Raiders. Neither one of those teams has a QB worth a darn.

Like some have posted, after seeing Dallas put up 31 points on the Giants with 4 turnovers its hard to be too scared of any defense.

The Broncos are going to have to put up at least 25 to win this game, I dont see that happening.

Look at the title under my username. Ask me how I feel about when someone hates us. Please ask me.

You want facts, here are the facts. Oakland is averaging 12 points, Cleveland is averaging less than 10, and you got a fluke win against Cincy. You've played one team that has scored any amount of points and they have scored 1 point less than you have. So when you say tell the whole story, how about you take your own advice.

You have done squat to refute my post, just bellyached about it.

I doubt it. I will be sitting in Invesco in the 4th quarter watching all you Bronco fans leaving with your tails between your legs.

Arent the Broncos below .500 at home since Invesco opened? Not nearly the home field advantage Mile High was.

And they looked like absolute garbage in game 1, same as Denver.

The entire "we beat Team A by a miracle luck finish then Team A beat Teams B and C, therefore we're better than B and C" is a complete load of crap being embraced by ignorant fans who want their 3-0 start to look more impressive than any football fan who follows the game will give them credit for.

No, they aren't. They are 44-20 since 2001 at home. The last 3 seasons are their 3 worst at Invesco.

Yea, Kyle is such a stud that the Bears gave you two first round picks to take him.

Kyle Orton is no probowler, hate to burst your bubble.
