Deon Anderson and Flozell Adams get into a fight

On the flight home from the Eagles loss, fullback Deon Anderson and left tackle Flozell Adams got into a fight. Guard Leonard Davis broke up the fight.

Anderson said he and Adams laughed about the scrap today in the locker room and that everything is fine.

It's just another part of a long, long, long season for a Cowboys' team that has chemistry problems.

Also, Tank Johnson acted a fool in the huddle and on the sidelines by yelling at his teammates. Other defensive players were yelling as well.

"It's frustration," linebacker Greg Ellis said. "When a guy is saying a lot of things that are wrong, that are rude, that are inappropriate, you have to factor in what's going on. A lot of things that were said and did last night were purely out of frustration."

This all goes back to WP. The players don't fear or respect him and thats why we'll never win much with him as HC. He's their friend, not their HC....

Well, I can definitely see Cricket cracking some jokes that some may have not been in the mood to hear at that moment hehe....

What's annoying is that players are talking about it to the media... bunch of Gossiping Judy's they are

Those that say leadership should come from players are only half right. I was a pretty good player in my day and could take the lead when needed, but I always looked to coaches as a final say. Coaches need to step up and be in charge, it keeps ALL players in check. When their authority is comprimised, players think they can do anything.

Mansta... love your posts but you're dead wrong here. You think these are the only 2 players to get in a fight?

C'mon man...

No, they aren't the only two to fight but I've listen to people close to the team such as Eatman on the "Lunch Break" talk about Anderson clowning and joking after L's. I just don't see this happening with Jimmy or BP as HC. WP is soft and the players don't fear him at all. They players run the team and thats a no win situation... Just sayin!!!! BTW, I enjoy your post as well. It's obvious we both luv and defend our team and I admire that about you...

the coaching staff has no control over this team at all!

Maaaan, I've been saying this in most of my posts today and it all starts with WP. The players don't respect or fear him at all. WP soft coaching style doesn't allow the asst coaches to do their job to their full extent.. WP is killing this team...

Well the problem is that with Parcells we had the other problem, people felt he was overbearing and stubborn. So you gotta try and find the middle ground in a coach, that's the tough part. Jerry just went for the polar opposite, which seemed to work last year.

I don't know if they respect him, they probably don't fear him. But Dungy says very little, doesn't scream at guys, and the Colts all seem to think the world of the guy.

Screaming and hollering isn't always the ticket either. Dungy is respected and demands the utmost from his players.. As the HC he runs a tight ship.

I agree, maybe it starts with the fact that he doesn't look confounded on the sidelines whenever something goes wrong or like a 10 year old girl in pigtails who just got a Barbie Dream House when things go right.

I think there's a middle ground, but where do you find guys like that? I don't think there's going to be a long line of guys knocking on the door to apply for any jobs on this team this off season unless their eyes are on Jerry's wallet.

They should have kicked both of them off the plane midair.

Why leave it just with those two? More need to join them.
