At least we know they can fight. We need some warriors on this team. I'd love to get Ray Lewis in here. It took me a long time to get repect for him back but I've got it bigtime. He's the kind of leader we need.

Screaming and hollering isn't always the ticket either. Dungy is respected and demands the utmost from his players.. As the HC he runs a tight ship.

You have to first think would Dungy draft/sign players with questionable character? I mean seriously thats what happens when a bunch of individuals get on the field and dont win they start to look at others instead of what they could have done to help.

I'm with you on Polian but Irsay, you gots to be kidding me. He has no plan. When Dungy leaves and Manning, Harrison, Polian retire we'll see what kind of plan he has. Nothing. I live in Indy and Irsay is a dunce.
