How do you figure that?

The Olinemen brought in over last couple of years haven't been geared to a specific blocking scheme. Infact other than Al Johnson most of the Olinemen have been on the legit 300 plus side.

Marco Rivera couldn't play at his normal weight because the back injuries limited his ability to weight train, thus affecting his strenght down the stretch.

See, I totally disagree. Look at the players brought in, the players drafted and the players that the team was heavily scouting.

Kosier, Rivera, Procter, Berger, Whitley, Colledge, Tony Moll, etc.

More of the athletic, pulling and trapping types of guards.

Now that may have been a Parcells thing and Sparano will have a change in philosophy working with Garrett.

However, I think they need to pick their scheme and stick with it. Find the guys to fit it. Dockery isn't an athletic guard. More of a mauler.

Dockery would be nice, but I'd pretty much bank on them re-signing Colombo and signing Leonard Davis. He'll cost less than what Dockery wants and can play offensive tackle. They probably figure that Davis just needs a change of scenery (not that I agree that's the problem).
