We just beat Pittsburgh, lol I was one of the very few that had us beating them. And we’re going to beat Detroit also.

Pittsburgh has a horrific offense. They’re not a good team.

honestly we should do you a favor and not call you at all. It's not good for your mental health to "root" for a sports team and not enjoy any wins.

I think we beat Detroit, sending everyone in here into a complete frenzy, which will include no less than 3 different threads suggesting we're a SuperBowl team. .....and then we'll lose the next 2 games in a row, one of which will be a blowout.

Certainly aren’t winning or competing for a superbowl. So for me the season is about player development.

+1 ........ this could very be FO exact plan. They probably already have a good idea vets won't return in 2025. So let's see what depth we have behind them. In other words, it's possible this season is part of a bigger/larger plan.

But give them credit......they are 4-5 wins from probably guaranteeing a playoff berth ( remember 10 wins is the key ).

Well the green bay game was last year I get that but we haven’t only lost we’ve been shellacked outside a late comeback in ravens game

Im optimistic we can beat Detroit but I also know we are capable of getting blown out.

Im one of the more positive guys on this site so win or lose im down with the cowboys till they get eliminated

I don’t how these folks in here can follow a team that makes them feel the way it does . I’m just not wired like that

I also understand this team is jeckyll and Hyde and extremely undisciplined and can drop a stinker in a second

There does appear to be a great deal of parity in the league but I had us at 10 to 12 wins and I’m gonna lean towards 10 now but as we get closer to the end of season I’ll know more

I really do think the league is down this year. The Chiefs and the Vikings at 5-0 but neither seem that impressive. A LOT of midrange teams that need something big to happen for them to step up. Who will it be?

I didn’t say I don’t enjoy the wins. Some people seem to be offended because I don’t think the cowboys are Super Bowl contenders.

That’s honestly what I thought before they re-signed Dak. That it was a mini rebuild season.

After they re signed Dak it made me second guess that. But it could still be their motivation.

I think so .......they knew Dak wasn't going anywhere
I could be wrong but I think they plan to get Dak and Lamb to sign and make sure there's enough left for Parsons. Use this season to kinda streamline the team for 2025 with either MM getting a new deal or a new coach staff.
If you are MM, you are coaching not only for the Cowboys this season but your resume for 31 other teams.

Actually, MM said 10 wins is where you start to feel good about your playoff chances as a coach.
