So you’re a homer who thinks all people are beautiful or something like that and if it weren’t for the teams he played for then you wouldn’t care for him at all. I judge people by their actions not what color their uniform is or what they did for a favorite team of mine.

We’ve all made mistakes but he has continued to make them over and over again by putting the team at risk with his personal actions. Plus I really don’t like bullies or anyone who uses their size or status to take advantage/intimidate/hurt others. I would laugh and laugh and laugh the day he crosses the wrong person.

On Tuesday, Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee filed on behalf of a client a sexual assault lawsuit against Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson. Buzbee disclosed the case on social media.

Buzbee now uses social media to disclose that more litigation is coming.

The thing is sometimes the victim is the one being accused. A simple accusation will absolutely tarnish your name. Its a shame that false accusations aren't taken more seriously, as they do an incredible amount of damage. On the other hand, if it proves true then I hope justice prevails.

As far as taking sides, it's best not to until the facts are clear.

I'm curious on what you base this A1 character on that is actually proven facts? I being honest that I just don't recall hearing anything about what Watson does to get this rating. Does he work at shelters in the off season or serve food at soup kitchens in the off season or works with Big Brothers and Sisters? Just what does he do?

3 hours later after my post about this situation, there's still no report posted at Houston Texans.com. or Battle Red Blog - - though the story about Watson wanting San Francisco or Denver to be his destination did have two comments that refer to the allegation.
The franchise is walking on eggshells ---no way their team-affiliated media post that story now if they want to maintain any hope of persuading Watson to change his mind and stay.
But both outlets eventually have to respond to this serious allegation (now allegations)- very soon.

That sounds nice but I'm more impressed when players give their time and not dollars. The dollars are tax right offs but giving their time means more to me. A few years ago there was a guy who had given money to one of the local hospitals to start a new clinic and gave money to the university to upgrade their computer system and everyone thought he was this great guy until he got caught in the act of having sex with his 15 year old stepdaughter. During his trial 4 other girls who were minors came forward and said they had sex with him too. I know he got a prison term but I don't remember how long it was. His wife divorced him and ended up with most of his money. The rumors were that the stepdaughter went west and is doing porn.

Sorry, but it's never easy to accuse. Victims of abuse stay silent because of the ridiculous interrogation, judgment, doubt, harrassment etc they have to endure for telling the truth.

Obviously, there are some bad elements who make stuff up. But that is a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny percentage of the women who are harassed, assaulted, abused, raped who say absolutely nothing because they know they'll have to thru the same bullcrap that everyone in this thread has said, from the police to their employers to their friends to their partners.

I’m going to go the other way and say the vast majority of these so-called sexual assaults are reported for nefarious reasons.
