The problem is they put him in there at the end of the game when the box is loaded up. No RB would succeed in that circumstance. They had a couple screens for him but Dak took a sack and one and threw to Tolbert on another

If they keep using Vaughn in mop up duty, he may end up with negative yardage by the end of the season. It’s looking like it’s not going to work out with him. He needs room to roam and he’s not finding any. Fans can’t keep using the excuse he has nowhere to run. You have to find a way to make something happen and so far he hasn’t. He averaged 1.1 a carry on 9 carries. He’s not even averaging 3 yards a carry for the season. So much for the Barry Sanders comparisons some were making. Lol

Vaughn is great in the open field or isolated one on one. To use him as the lone back is stupid. He'll never get in the open field. You have to use 2 backs to create that matchup
