Sorry but his style does not fit this offensive scheme at all.

Mike McCarthy is trying to bring back the offenses of the late 1980s and Vaughn is way out of place.

Deuce needs to be used in space.

No idea what Mike is thinking with how he is trying to utilize him.
Deuce will be fine.

I hope it does. He's a good kid.
He’s a good kid, but he has to be used in certain ways to be effective. You have to find ways to get him out in space. There’s a lot of limitations with him. Turpin is undersized, but is making plays with the opportunities he’s given. He’s becoming a real weapon.

Gotta agree, he seems too small (understatement) to play in the pros

I agree. I never thought he would or should be in the top three RBs.

He’s ok. A great story. My wife loves him because he’s short.

But, he’s never going to even be a reliable #2 and that’s ok.

He’s a 6th round pick for a reason.

Do you think Deuce was on McCarthy's draft board?
Ellis - He carried 6 times for 16 yards. New England would up with 53 total. And the Cowboys can't stop the run??? Tell me again about sophistication and Ellis again!

I'm sure he had a wish list. Deuce doesn't fit his protype for RB.

Yeah running him between the tackles against the TCU and Kansas is one thing but against the elite of the NFL the Deuce should be in on screens and runs to the edge.

MM has done a nice job getting Turpin in space now as an OC it’s MM job to devise plays to Vaughns strengths .

Way down the list of my concerns . My concern agsinst SF who backs up Pollard , a hip injury is not going to heal by next Sunday for Dowdle .

Vaughn is a gadget guy like Turpin. We need someone who is good at passpro and getting the tough yards up the middle. If Rico’s hurt for an extended amount of time, the answer behind Pollard isn’t on this roster.

Waste of a draft pick.

Cute PR move. But he got Dak sacked and is too small.

Deuce was a sentimental/legacy late pick. Jerry likes his people...his one redeeming factor as a human being. Hope this young man works out somehow. Still a bit too early to tell.

they arent utilizing him.... he has basically been used to run out the clock. It is crap for him. The game is over, the defense knows they are running and Deuce gets stuffed over and over.

They haven't tried to run Turpin up the middle with crap blocking.

Can’t keep using the blocking as an excuse. He’s got to find a way to make a play with the opportunities he’s given. Turpin is making plays.
