Ty Montgomery WR has been put forward from Stanford.
Anyone else have a better choice?
Later rounds is the hard part.
There was a running back,we talked to--Marcus Murphy I think?--that has return experience
He is one of the better KRs.
Depends on what you want, be it returner or gunner/coverage player. Harris did them all which helped save a roster spot.
The better returner prospects:
WR Nelson Agholor
WR Kaelin Clay
RB Marcus Murphy
WR Tyler Lockett
WR J.J. Nelson
WR Mario Alford
RB Akeem Hunt
You can add in players like Jamison Crowder and Phillip Dorsett as well.
Kenny Bell of Nebraska, Malcome Kennedy of Texas A&M and Devin Smith of Ohio State are good gunner/coverage players.
JaCorey Shepherd would be another candidate, and could actually be a contributor at CB as well.
I really like
Kenny Bell from Neb and Ty Montgomery are my favs at this point.
Marcus Murphy was off my radar thanks
Malcom Kennedy nice
I think Agholor, Dorsett, and Jamison Crowder will be too rich a draft rd for us.
JJ Nelson at 156lbs makes me pause.
Akeem Hunt I did not know thanks Alexander.
I am thinking of the 7 draft choices we have one will be to fill this position KR/PR.
Love to get Agholor, aint happening though.

If you miss on the top few, you can probably get Mario Alford in the late rounds. His return numbers would have been much better if he had better coverage teams (WVU Homer who is irate that we still have the ST coach on that team).

I actually dreamed that we drafted this guy last night. No other memory of the dream other than Montgomery.
He's my #1 Option. Drew Boylhardt (the huddle report) ranks Ty as a 1st Rd talent, and says he compares to Arizona's Fitzgerald in ability and work ethic.
