He is a solid utility player that will be a weapon, but he is not good enough to be a full time WR. I see him as a third down back almost.

He's one of the least polished WRs.
Some even say he might need to be a RB in the NFL.
The guy is very good with ball in his hands though. He's also pretty physical.
