I see nothing wrong with what Dez said. I too wondered what JJT was getting at. Dez isn't even suppose to be back yet and he's out there being a leader and taking one for the team. If It was Witten he would've had 10 threads dedicated him saying how lucky we are to have him as a Cowboy and commending him for playing hurt.

What's funny is I believe he and JJT both live in DeSoto and know each other really well. They run into each other all the time.

This has been a pattern thus far this season. If it was only one incident u wouldn't hear a peep from me about it, but what about the Beaze and his wife's little Twitter gaffe?..These events begin to add up and one can easily conclude that the team is not focused on simply just winning a game.

I say they cut Beasley's wife. That'll learn em.

I wish he would.. wow. You've gotta let the small stuff go man.

People on Twitter live to get a rise out of celebrities. And once they do, it basically makes their day. Same with reporters, I suspect.

It's all about dem clicks, bout dem clicks on Twitta. :)

Who cares if Dez is sensitive. What you want h to be a robot while you walk around and be human?

This place is full of emotional reactions. Logic gets buried in nearly every thread. But the people who are actually affected by this stuff need to maintain their cool.
If these players cared as much about winning a damn game as they do about being criticized on Twitter or by reporters in general then maybe we'd be 4-3 or 5-2 instead of 2-5

Freaking pathetic petty players. It's not Romo being out as why we can't win. These players are way too cocky and full of themselves. Except Witten, Lee and Hardy. The rest can DIAF

But it is Romo being out.

Some of you guys are sensitive sally's when it comes to this stuff....

1. Dez is focused on the Eagles if you think otherwise I have a nice piece of beachfront property in Arizona to sell you.

2. JJT is a hack always a hack

3. Y'all complain about the media and journalism and the players say enough is enough and you still ***** and complain

4. JJT is allowed in the locker room because the NFL requires the players to meet the required face time, and now maybe JJT will think twice about writing BS articles calling players out.

5. Who cares if these guys tweet or not we all wait around for info and a lot of times it comes from twitter

People would have to know geography to get the beachfront joke...

What's funny is how people think Dez can't focus on the Eagles and check some clown on Twitter at the same time.

No one said he couldn't do both (unless I missed something). However, checking someone on Twitter is not and should not be part of the SOP for living the life of a professional athlete. For every Dez check on Twitter, there are 3 pro athletes that never give that noise the time of day. If you give it light, it will grow. Feel me?

We want our athletes to be real and to be able to engage with them.

Then we want to control how we interact with them?

A lot of you guys are clowns.

I get what you're saying but these reporters need to be checked, when you don't they get arrogant and say bs like "you don't want to make an enemy out of me".

dez is a very important piece of the team, but stuff like this is why he's not, nor do i want him to be a leader on this team. he can't be so sensitive to fly off the rail or lose his head over every perceived slight, no matter little or insignificant the source. It's really tiring and so unnecessary
