Dez commanding presence on field & sidelines

I loved seeing Dez barking on sidelines, not yelling and looking foolish. He looked the part of a leader.

He backs it up and others need to follow...ARE following.

I think he makes TWill better... And he does so ahead of schedule.

DEZ is great and has really developed into a good football player. Now DEZ is becoming a leader and face of the Cowboys.
