You're right. That one play would have changed the narrative on Romo. It also epitomizes Romo. Play called to get the first down with a safe throw to the TE or slot guy. Romo sees the defense is clearly not going to let that happen. Sees his jump ball specialist singled up on the outside and tries the money throw. Perfectly executed. First down secured...... but wait what..... no Dez no!
