I am really hoping Schottenheimer insists Dak plays in the preseason

I don't doubt that Dak will be tested, but likely, not enough to threaten his health. Will Grier and Joe Milton are Dak's backups, who will see enough action to serve in their development.

Most of the youngsters will get a major serving of the action in the preseason. That's an aspect of the team's preseason that will serve their progress to prepare them for the regular season. It also should prove interesting to take notice of how capably the offensive and defensive lines perform.

The RBs and WRs will be tested rigorously to prepare them for the season that lies ahead. That also holds true for the many defensive youngsters, as well. There will be no shortage of young studs who will be tasked with showing their wares -- always an intriguing part of TC and the preseason.

They won’t play him and you can book it, especially with him coming off a serious injury. They’ll error on the side of caution. None of our key starters will play with an early start to the regular season in Philly. Dak hasn’t played in preseason in several years and has gotten off to good starts.
Philadelphia and most of the teams will do the same thing. That’s why they’re beginning of the season is a perfect time to play them in my opinion.

Absolutely not. He'll get plenty of reps in practices, joint and otherwise. Dak typically does not start off slowly and hasn't played in the preseason in a long time.

The coach is not allowed to have an opinion in the current hierarchy. lol

I legit forgot that the cowboys even have a head coach now. It’s Jerry and his drunk son that coach this team.

I think Brady played some in the pre-season during every year in New England. Maybe it's time we acted like a team that wants to win.

This is the functional concept concerning ownership approach to training camp:

While Parsons isn’t receptive to the tactic, it hasn’t damaged the relationship much. The contract will likely be completed as close to training camp as possible so it can garner as much attention as possible. Not many analysts seriously think Parsons won’t be in a Dallas uniform soon.

The concept concerning a returning starting quarterback comes under a similar approach.

The Head Coach has to put his own foot down on the physicality at a camp for that to change to presented motivationsl

I think with a new coach and system, the first team will need some reps in preseason. But the Cowboys are afraid to player their starters.

All players will have plays by groups during Camp and preseason games. All have to practice to function. All.

You don't personally know of his own drinking habits by his ownership. What you did is unethical.
