Its hard to take Sean Lee seriously. I think he is a very very good player...but the man is fragile. And its hard to assume a leadership role when you cant stay on the field.

Hey Our GM collectively makes the decision on players drafted with the whole management team right? They're all wrong for this structure and collection of personnel.

Their job consists of those decisions. Management, structure and personnel. All needs a remake.

At 8-8 all the time we can't even suck enough to get the top ntch talent coming out unless they have mental issues.
