Every game I watch the NFL Game<<Rewind, and every game I see the same thing. Dez on the vast majority of routes, just doesn't get open. He rounds routes and stops when he thinks the ball is not coming his way. He makes up for some of this by being a great Red Zone receiver, but mainly because he has less to do. Most of the time he runs to the corner of the end zone and hopes for the over the top or back shoulder throw.
Dallas has one of the top QB's in the game, and if Dez was open, Romo would find him, but for now Dez is part of the problem. Dez is a good receiver but has never worked at his profession. He leads the NFL in drops and unlike the other #88's before him, just is not clutch. It's way past time his head coach told the truth, and that is the team needs more out of Dez than they are getting.
