Where was dez when Romo wasnt playing? Right now its looking like Romo is making Dez not the other way around.

Maybe if we had a decent backup.

I wish everyone would look at an unlikely comparison to what would happen to this team if Dez left. Look at what happened to the Oakland A's this year when they shipped their team leader, Yoenis Cespedes to Boston. They completely fell apart. Why? TEAM CHEMISTRY. He was the team leader, just like Dez . They were the best team in MLB until the day he left. Their next games they went 10-35 without him. Dez is the most important part of the future of this team. Tony will be gone in a year or two. Who knows if DM will be here, but perhaps AD will be. We need Dez to be here and be happy about being here to help usher in who will be the future franchise QB. I don't think we will be talking Dez contract much longer. I believe it's very close to being a moot subject.

The franchise tag basicaly guarantees he'll be he in 2015 and even 2016.
