It's was evident in the Endzone throw to Dez on the last drive and pretty much all season.
Dak is constantly throwing balls to Dez in which he is having to go over the CB to try and grab it.
Many times, Dez is forced to just try to break up an interception.
Many of those instances would be TD's if he instead threw it Back Shoulder.
He seemed to be better a doing it last year but for whatever reason, he hasn't done it much this season.

We've seen Dak make some very nice back-shoulder throws. Problem is, he never throws them.

Dez or Dak? Because only time I saw Dak trying it was the Denver game and it was not fun

i still believe Dak would be better off with Williams, Butler and Beasley

This needs to be DB last year in Dallas...just a disappointment.

It is harder to throw back shoulder than it is to throw high and let Dez high point it and go get it.

So yes he needs to work on it, but not for the reasons you listed in this post. It's better for him to throw high and have Dez high point it as it's an easier throw, and he's still not able to hit those with any consistent accuracy.

Daks best target is the teams 5th option on offense (butler)

Dak's next best target is the teams third wr and 4th option in the offense(Williams)

Probably the teams best all around TE hasn't seen much of the field(Swaim)

Frustrating

I know people don't like Williams, but if he got the opportunity to run Dez's routes he would be more productive and more efficient.
