OK all you Dez haters. You hate him, and you hate is contract.
All you Dez lovers and in between fans. Same question.
Would you rather have Dez or have Odella and his asking price of $20 million per year.

Would Odella Becky be better off with Eli or Dak?

You have to choose one or the other, can’t be neither, can’t be both.

Have fun.

This also means eating Dez’s contract plus pay Beckham. As we would have to pay another WR as well, or spend a high draft pick that would be hurting the team as for getting defense.

This just gets better and better...

Did I read that correct? Is that 20 million for OBJ? For one guy? A WR? No way in heck. I about lost my mind when Dallas overpaid for Dez. The money spent on the team has to be spent in the trenches and at QB.

Most Superbowl winners don't have that one superior talent that gets them to the promise land. The winners are usually a unit that works through collaboration of individuals that comprise the team. It is built on "we". Look at the top contenders of all time, the Patriots. "The team" is placed above individuals. They do acquire veterans but they do not overpay, not even their own.

If Dallas thinks that Dez is a distraction or not producing enough for his current contract then they should release him. Just as they did Troy, Emmitt and Ware. I love Dez and he is one of my favorite players on the team.

This Cowboys team has a chance for greatness. The greatness that I have not seen with this franchise since Troy was the starter. The team has to assemble complimentary players for Dak. He is the face of the franchise and brings the team hope. I have full expectations that he will win a Superbowl this season. A first of many Superbowls.

I say no to OBJ. I hope the Giants sign him and sink even deeper in the loss column with that dreadful $20 million contract.

Would love all OBJ’s speed and game breaking ability but too many injury issues to want to take on his contract. Plus he has immaturity issues and appears to be a real head case. He’s missed 20 games in his four seasons with injuries. The injuries are going to take their toll on his skills eventually. He’s a terrific player when healthy, one of the top 5 receivers in the league but he can’t be counted on to stay healthy.

obj all day long. I didn't like Terrell owens. but I appreciated what he brought to the field. same for beckham. phenominal player.

You would take OBJ and his injury issues for his asking price of 20 million per season? He’s missed 20 games in four seasons with injuries. He had two different injuries last season. He came back from one of them and immediately got hurt again and was lost for the season. Great player when healthy but he can’t stay healthy. He’s had injury issues since his rookie year. His asking price is far too high with the injury risk he presents. He may not come back the same player after this recent injury.

I considered the op's question purely rhetorical. anyone with an I.Q. over 60 knows there's not a snowball's chance in hell of us ever acquiring obj's services. I wasn't aware the question would be considered seriously by posters. I didn't take it seriously. just my opinion as to who's the better receiver. it's not even close. obj all the way.

I disagree, he has the type of attitude that could derail a train
