Dez practiced today

If you are going by the picture on Cowboys website that is not from yesterday that is from last year. I have yet to see anything saying he is at practice. He has dropped by facility but from what I have seen is not working out with the team. Please if you have a link I would love to see it.

It's been all over the media. That's what all the drive-time sports talk was about yesterday. I first saw it from Todd Archer on Twitter.

Living in Houston only news I'm getting is flooding news. Thanks for the info.

Here, too. Parts of DFW got 8 inches last night. We broke our May record by three inches last night, and we're looking at heavy storms tonight, which will likely break the all-time record for any month of 17 inches. We're at 16 now.

Fortunately, I think we dry out next week. Hopefully, Houston will, too.

That is what I'm hearing that next week things start to dry out. However the next 3 days are looking pretty iffy and really can't take much more water.

He makes a bad turn, pops an ACL, and then what?

It wasn't smart, but the guy loves it too much to stay home.

He's not doing anything at these practices that he wouldn't be doing on his own anyway. Guys without long term deals shouldn't work out?

Not my point at all.

Guys in testy high-dollar negotiations typically steer clear of team activity like this. But Dez can't help himself.

The dude absolutely loves football, and it kills him to miss anything. Compare that to other players on this team and around the league.

I love his attitude about football.

I'm not sure what the bolded part refers to.

What is a 'letter agreement'?

Basically, the Franchise Tag is a letter agreement. If Dez gets hurt with the team, they would honor that contract. If he gets hurt away on his own, they could not have to pay if not signed.

So even if Dez hasn't signed it, just offering it to him would cover Dez if he got hurt working out with the Cowboys at their facilities.

Stop all of this injury talk... You guys are bad news.
