Dez, something that caught my eye.

When he completely messed up 1 drive, you could tell he was hurt and sorry. He went and said sorry to Coach, and to Romo. That to me shows a lot. Someone like TO would of found a way to blame somebody.

Then we still had trust in him to go back. You could tell he was thankful, hugging Coach, telling him thanks.

I love the way this team is looking.

Yep. Saw all that. The kid gives me hope, despite his many faults.

Agree with the observation. He has ways to go, but as long as he keeps that kind of attitude, there is lot a hope for him in future. Since every weeks there has been something or other cropping up about him in negative light. It gets tiresome when that happens. I have high hopes for him and I just hope, they are fulfilled eventually with the Cowboys and not anywhere else.

This post will immediately be forwarded to terrellowensdefense.org.

You will soon receive a cease-and-desist order.

Pray that will be the end of your misery.

By the way, good thread. :)

I'm so glad he was allowed to redeem himself. I couldn't tolerate a week of him being bashed for the drop. He came through in the second half.

I noticed that when he dropped those two passes, he kept fidgeting with his face, reaching inside his facemask and looked to be fairly upset. I'm wondering if he got poked in the eye or had something in his eye that was bothering him. I loved seeing him go talk to Garrett and Romo and he made up for it with that TD pass. There aren't many WRs that make that catch!

He switched gloves as well. Went from white ones to black ones. Not Making excuses for him, just noticed the change.

What? you ain't lying.

He would have gotten roasted if he didn't make up for it.

"Dez not only not knows the playbook, but he can't concentrate"

"Is Dez falling off? Is this why we don't pass him the ball"

ect...

Unlike a lot of fans, when I criticize someone, i give them props when they do good, and that includes the hated Choice. I try to keep a level head, and that's hard to do sometimes.

I thought Dez played like he always played, tough. He made mistakes, but this guy is just a scoring machine. Had he caught that first ball, it would've been a TD easily. Had he caught the second one, same result.

He's still growing, still has a long way to go, but Romo played fearless ball after the first couple of series. I thought that Garrett called an amazing game. These guys are learning.

I agree, love the way Romo was playing

I love Dez. I have always thought he was a good guy and teammate. I hate when people compare him to T.O.

I thought he was wiping off the clear plastic visor he wears on the facemask.
