Jimmy Johnson used to throw tantrums when he didn't win. Losing is never a time to be content. Dez hates these losing ways, and I wish Jerry Jones, Garrett, and the rest of this team, INCLUDING, fans would have this thought process. NO MORE LOSING. Stop being wimps and get after people. I don't care if we go against Peyton Manning or Tampa Bay, I want to come in there and take the fight to them. Make the great teams scared, and this is what Dez has in him. Some players actually hate losing. Others are content.

I'm with Dez.

I also can't believe the lambasting he's getting in the media. Front page on CNN.com today: "BRYANT THROWS TANTRUM ON SIDELINES"

I don't know if it's because he plays for the hated Cowboys or what, but there are a lot of top players in this league who would never be branded that way for the same outburst.

While I don't condone the way Dez acted, this should have became a non-story as soon as Romo explained the situation.

I don't think a single player are this team likes to lose. Not one.

I think the only one content is the guy sitting the the GM's office. This sort of crap keeps the team in the national spotlight after all.

And for the record, I don't give a **** if Dez went from player to player, coach to coach and owner to owner screaming in their faces. If this is what it takes to light a fire under this franchise, then bravo.

You know what he did go from player to player, coach to coach trying to be heard. I was in the 3rd row behind the Cowboys and I saw them all.
I also saw Witten come off of the field hollering and screaming. For those that think Garrett never gets excited go watch him live, I saw him get into a lot of guys on the sideline.

to hell with romo. if he didn't like it, i STILL would have supported dez. i'm sick of romo's aloof behavior. some of you guys have become so accustomed to it, i remember what it was like to have a michael irvin lighting people up on the sideline.

Way to completely miss the point. And you may not care what Romo says, but the media sure as heck does.

Huh? Romo supported Dez big time afterward.

If you don't think this was horribly handled by Dez, I'm not sure what house you grew up in. Dez was completely wrong in this, even though the frustration was completely understandable.

That's not the way professionals act. Period. For a brief moment, OK, but not for two straight hours.

LOL!

If Romo would have said, "Ok, Dez...lets go for it!" and then thrown an interception you'd have been after him for changing the play and choking the game away.

As far as Romo being aloof...care to explain? He acts like pretty much every other quarterback in the league.

This has been a sickening week. I cant take the misery anymore.

I have absolutely no desire to root for the jones family which I loathe or owens jr and go through this whole ordeal from week to week like 2008.

all because romo threw a pass to harris which harris didn't catch because all of a sudden he cant catch anymore.

I have seen lots of people comment on this and not a single person here actually has talked accurately about what has happened.

On the incomplete throw to harris, dez was apparently wide open according to babe and when romo didn't throw it to him he went nuts. Kristie scales reported that his tirade went on and on and that he was screaming at romo, not talking about the play.

all because he didn't throw him the ball on that one play.

I have had it.

He should be screaming at Romo. Stafford recognizes that he has one of the best (if not the best) WR's in the league, he throws him the ball with regularity. Romo doesn't seem to recognize that he has one of the best WR's in the league.

Running the ball was exactly the right thing to do in that situation. We simply did not execute. There was absolutely zero reason to put the ball up there. If we run it and we have no penalties, we probably get a FG and are up by 6, leaving Detroit with something around 30 seconds and no TOs. That was exactly the right way to go but we screwed it up by stopping the clock. That killed us. Left too much time and it came back to bit us in the Butt. There are places where you can point and say we should have done this instead of that but I can't fault the strategy on our last offensive drive. It would have worked had we not, once again, committed self inflicting wounds. JMO

Hopefully 30 seconds would have too little time, but Stafford has a great arm, and he probably would have run 3 long ball plays to CJ in that time with at least one of them into the end zone.

They can't diss on Romo this week so Dez has the bullseye squarely planted on him for the media to throw their darts at.

He threw the ball to Calvin because he was single covered most of the game, a luxury the Lions' defense didn't return when it came to Dez. Of course we all know if Romo had forced it to Dez and thrown an interception or two he'd be skewered, too.

This game should've been won because the defense forced 4 turnovers and Romo did what he had to in the 4th. The game plan and the holding call on the final drive is what cost them the game. Not Romo and not really the defense, either.

erod you remind me of the cowboys. always close but no cigar. nice writeups and comments but always one moment of hyperbole that ruins everything. seriously your comment about house you grew up in is pathetic and completely out of left field. get lost.
