It's a guy who, despite his great individual skill, was let go by every team he ever played for because he wasn't worth the trouble.

It's gotten to the point where I feel kinda sorry for TO.

T.O. Was a great player but seemed to resent the QB's getting the credit for the yards he got. Standing face to face with Garrett and cussing him was a terrible miscalculation on his part. Dez appears to be equal in skill and not as insecure. Dez is on track for his second straight 90 catch 12 TD season. You cant ask for much more than that.
