He is pace to be ranked somewhere in the 15-20 range in terms of receiving yards this season.

It just doesn't feel like Romo is looking his way that much. It doesn't help that Dez has become a bit unhinged these last two games either.

Final observation, one I hope I am wrong on -- does Dez seem a tad slower this year that last? Seems like he is getting caught from behind more than I remember.

Back must be messing with his hands. Two drops hurt and the guy's head is his biggest problem. Maybe second biggest problem next to Callahans horrible play calling.

They said during the game Dez has to take medication/injections throughout the week because of his back.

This isn't a slight to you but it seems only Romo gets a pass on this forum with injury excuses.

Romo's comeback victory spared us a another week of media hoopla focused on Dez. Let's be thankful for that.

He needs to get thrown to more, period, but he needs to start actually getting open if he really wants to start seeing the ball more. There are too many other really good targets on this team to force the ball to Dez if he isn't open.

Look on the bright side. We don't want him to tear it up on the stat sheet. All that is going to do is drive his price up. As long as we win who cares what he does as far as yardage.

I don't know but he appeared bit off today, little lack of concentration.

He will be fine. Everyone has off days, Dez is the last person I'm worried about. Hey everyone has had drops today.

combination imho. dez must run more precise routes, boys must look for him more, he also must keep mental errors down.

Let's not include his animated sideline discussion in any definitiion of 'unhinged.' The penalty today was stupid, though, I'd agree.

He makes some really difficult plays that only a handful of people can make, week after week. But then misses routine opportunities week after week that anyone should be able to make. Until he is more consistent in that regard, its hard to classify him as a top 3 or whatever receiver in the game. He easily has the ability.

He had 11 targets today, and I believe he was sixth amongst receivers in targets coming into the game. Not sure why anyone thinks we aren't looking his way enough.

Yeah.
The back is apro lee.
His unreliable route-running is too.
Also, he dropped what would have rally padded his stas today.

Even after all of that, I think they could go to him more.

He needs to be more productive, to be more productive he needs to be trusted, to be trusted he needs to catch the ball!! Oh wait who is our play caller? Dang we ***
