Dez's production is puzzling

He had 11 targets today, and I believe he was sixth amongst receivers in targets coming into the game. Not sure why anyone thinks we aren't looking his way enough.

I personally think it's more, "where (more downfield) and when.

Dez cost the Cowboys 6 points..One when he took off his helmet, the other when he dropped a pass inside the 30. He helped get the 7 on the last drive with a nice catch and run.

Not puzzling at all. No running game, so what is the first weapon opposing D's look to take away.

This. If the Cowboys are going to drop back to pass 55 times and run it only 8 times, opposing teams are going to drop 7 (sometimes 8) into coverage and Dez will be double teamed every single time.
